How do the play date services for the dog park work?
Clients call to schedule 30 min,1 hr or 2hr blocks of reserved private play time that allows access to the entire indoor park.

How many dogs can come for a play date?
 10 Dog max for each scheduled play date. 

How many passes need to be purchased when multiple dogs coming to play date?
When booking for multiple dogs, only one pass purchase is required.

What is barkpass?
barkpass is the muttz dog lounge's payment management system. During selection of offerings on our website, the client is redirected to barkpass and is required to create a account to access. Once a account is created, that account can be used to access all services managed by the system 

Where should I park?
You can park in the main parking lot area, or there is a much calmer parking area to the left and rear of Muttz Dog lounge.

Where can I walk my dog?
You can walk your dog in the grassy areas at the rear of the Muttz Dog Lounge.

I am having trouble adding my dog's vaccination paperwork.
Have your veterinarian email the paperwork to yourself.
Have your veterinarian email the paperwork to muttz@muttzdoglounge.com.
Bring a printed hard copy of your veterinary records.

I have multiple dogs. Can we all come?
Yes! The scheduled playdate dog park allows for up to 10 dogs that already interact or are familiar with each other.
